Mozilla only puts versions of Plugins (and also Extensions that are malware) that are of serious Security (critical) and also stability reasons. Mozilla still supports Flash but currently has all previous versions on a blocklist due to critical vulnerabilities.
Whatever you read that stated Mozilla no longer supports the Adobe Flash Player is incorrect.
